We continued to read the play the fences and it has been a downward spiral for the character Troy. In a way I have grown some sympathy for Troy as he will have no one left soon. However I still think he is far from a good man and did many morally wrong things. I am super excited to see the ending of the book because I never got to the end when I watched the movie.

I had a good day in class that was informative and important. I was thankful for the lesson Mr. Rease gave about writing because it was a much needed refresher. After the refresher we got to the climax of the play fences. I was looking forward to this part of the story as I have seen the movie before.

Today in class we continued our Fences story. My favorite part of the story we read was the background information on Troy. I felt bad for his past and it made me understand his character more.

We worked on a paper focusing on the events of the story Fences. It was a quick class day for me. And I think that is in part due to the fact that I had to take long driving classes over the weekend. Overall the class day was easy and the substitute was nice.

In class today we read scenes of the story Fences. I liked the scenes with the character Bono the most. I found his background and life to be sad. And I also thought it was funny he would chase kids around thinking they were devil dogs.

Today in class we took a common assessment. I was not there but I am planning on asking Mr. Rease if there is a way I can make this up. I didn't go to school because i didn't sleep and I have to close today till 11. Sorry mr rease.

We continued to read the play "Fences" today. One of my favorite scenes was read today in which Cory and Troy have an argument. I liked the duality between them and I felt that both of them were a little right. However I feel that Troy is too hard on his son and I also agree with Rose when she said that Troy didnt understand things were changing.

Today in class we read the story fences. I love the movie version of this story so hearing it in story form was fun. I always loved the acting in the movies but never really appreciated the dialogue and writing. But that changed after today I found the dialogue to be funny and intriguing.
